Based on the novel of the same name by David Garnett, this Andrew Lloyd Webber musical follows Alex as he reflects on his love life over the years from 1947 to 1964 and his love for a young actress, Rose. But Rose becomes the mistress and eventually the wife of Alex's uncle, George, with whom she has a daughter.
When the daughter, Jenny, develops a crush on Alex some years later, the scene is set for a tale of complicated relationships and unrequited love.
Aspects of Love premièred in a six-week run in Dublin, before playing for a further week at the Opera House, Cork.
